[MI 8 SE] Apps crash when they open from another app

Good morning. I'm having this issue with my MI 8 SE. When an app (ie. whatsapp) tries to open another app, it crashes immediately. I have MIUI 9.5.8.0 (global version). It seems to me that it can happen when the system should ask me to choose the app I want to open that file or link. This...
