Ok, with China Developer 8.10.25 | Fastboot | Download i was abble to flash TWRP 3.2.3-1227 and then after data wipe this TWRP rebooted normally. Now Xiaomi EU rom is flashing so fingers crossed. This process was hell :( EDIT: IT WORKED, ALL DONE!

I tried 1217and 1102 too but those two i even cannot flash. They wont boot up. Maybe i am flashing bad rom i am using China Developer 9.2.15 | Android 9 Pie | Fastboot | Download from here https://xiaomifirmware.com/roms/download-official-miui-roms-for-xiaomi-mi-8-se/ Maybe older will work?

Hello, after i format data, wipe dalvik, i am trying to reboot so i can copy new rom to phone but when i push reboot to recovery, phone reboots but only fastboot shows. Like there is no recovery. I cannot even flash it aggain. I have to Miflas chinadevrom then recovery aggain.... Any HELP?
