Ive rooted the device. when i type "adb root" there is the reply, that i am already root and i have installed a SU.zip -

I updates my MI5 with the ROM Above and lost my IMEI . No chance of getting in the system to implement my imei! i´ve tried every manual, but everytime type "adb shell su bla" he says "su not found" can someone please help me ? Thanks!!
