Hi, i had similar issue, but mine did not restart into recovery. It just stuck at the htc boot screen. So i presume its the same issue. Tried to find /system/bin/mount_lib.sh from my old miui, and also the miui3.2.8 rom files. I could not locate this file. Did some googling but no reference...
