like to spent some time for getting on, try to avoid most google app. looking for free OS or even at least better app like firefox browser.
else i try not to spend to much time on the phone. pc much better for chatting like with Telegram. Some time on nice beaches is nice.
Try to spend time outside, "far away" from electronic devices, except maybe the mobile :D
