For me the Android system usage is also high - around 30% but the Deep sleep is more interesting. If it's below 80% there is something in the background hogging it. The Xiaomi Interconnectivity is known to drain battery in the background even if it's not enabled and not used.

Unfortunately the device is probably bricked. You can try also some paid service to unlock it remotely but there isn't a guarantee that it will work.
