It seems deep sleep isn't working in this ROM. It works only if I disable all location services, but original miui rom had good dreams even with geolocation enabled.- xapienz

New 3.12.20 MI-2S Default Apps
Workaround is to remove or disable stock browser (in this case you should install another like Chrome or Firefox). Then app picker will appear as it should :)
