So I had to wipe data, cache and dalvik manually through twrp to fix this. Phone went to stock, which sucks balls, but the syncing problem is fixed. On to the next problem in the post below.

Hi guys, I'm trying to set Deezer as the default music app, so when connecting to Bluetooth in my car it autolaunches (instead of Google Music). The problem is Deezer doesn't even show up in de list where you normally can set the default apps. I gave it autostart permission already, but still...

Just noticed another thing; Missed a call, heard it ring from the other room, thought I'd call back later. When I checked the phone there was no missed call notification anywhere. The call also registered as being "rejected" instead of "missed". I thought this bug was patched a while ago...
