Flash to an older ROM

Hey Guys, i have an issue with the newest Stable MIUI 12 release, auto brighness and auto rotation does not work. Now my question, is it possible to Flash from V12.0.3.0 to an older Rom without wiping everithing? example V12.0.2.0? Or is there an other fix for this problem? Greetings!!
