is it possible as far as you know to change region on miui taiwan ?there is no such option in setting. but I suspect thats why mms in taiwan rom doesnt work i UE

its not that simple . on your rom and global/eeu rom mms works without apns. on taiwan mms dont work. first i dont understand how mms can work without mms apn
