    23.2.27 perfect notifications. broke hotspot max speed 10mbs. I confirm that the best dev is 13. unfortunately everything got complicated with twrp backup and I had to clean data

    gmail especially doesn't always seem to arrive on time, then twitter, maybe instagram. huge battery consumption. back to dev 22.2.13 there is't comparison. I recommend it
