    This screenshot is takenbfrom a china HyperOS Redmik60pro HyperOS latest dev version. In china rom every new release Basic Google Services is removed. Meaning you can install Google's applications without turning it on anymore.

    Flash thru twrp? If yes Dunno if this should work. Cuz my device i flash it thru script device fastboot "First installation clean flash script" I'm not also sure if this was the name of the script. Too lazy to turn on pc and check

    Stable build doesn't have that much of a digit 23.8.13. for example "MIUI 14.0.17" this one stable official. those miui versions with 99.99.99 is surely dev beta.
