That's not the point. The point here is that, for example, when Mi Max was updated to N, the latest release was MM, they waited 2 or 3 weeks, AND THEN upped the N updates here. When I read that Mi Mix/Mi5s/Mi5sP etc were delayed from this release for 2/3 weeks and that 7.5.11 was the last 6.0...

I asked in the last thread too, but can you tell me what's the matter with Mi Mix updates? You say 7.5.11 has been the last 6.0 update and that you'll be testing 7.0, so this update is suspended, but 7.5.11 and 7.5.15 were both 7.0 already... I'm a little bit confused... :/

Why don't you just reflash the rom? I remember there was a bug that prevented changing home and lockscreen wallpapers if not on the default launcher, back like 20/30 releases on my old Mi Max, try to revert to the miui launcher, change the background and go back to your favourite launcher...

Can I ask you why 7.5.11 and 7.5.15 for the Mix are already Nougat? Not that I'm complaining, just want to know why. Is testing not necessary for this device? Again, just asking ;)

Of course. Every time you flash a new rom (or an update of the same rom) you have to reroot and reinstall xposed. You can cue the zip files so that TWRP flashes one after the other in in this order: ROM, root, Xposed. Then you wipe cache and dalvik and you're good to go.

Mine does show it. It's represented by a lightning beside the battery icon, or in the lock screen you see the "quick charging" notification. If you don't see it, either you're on an older FW, or your charger or cable don't support quick charge...

BTW, no problems with fingerprint recognition on my Mix. ;)

Yeah, I found that out myself. Weirdly enough, if I update the amazon app after installing an older version, everything works :D

I may have found another bug... Has anybody tried installing some apps through Amazon Underground app? Every time I try it says "unable to install xyz app". I've given every permission but it doesn't change the result...

Yeah maybe that's it. I also found it strange that nobody else mentioned this particular problem, but then again the Mix is not a mainstream device, so that's not that weird. If it weren't for my device telling me to not put anything on the red area etc I would have never searched for the...

Have you seen the screenshots I posted? IT IS NOT THERE. Nor is the Smart Cover mode. I'd think those are not active functions on the Mix, but sometimes I get the "don't cover the red area etc etc" message when I turn the screen on... But I can't freaking turn it off because there is NO switch LOL

Yep, I had this problem on the Mi Max Pro. Now using a Mi Mix and emails get to me right away. I have another problem though, I DON'T have the Pocket Mode. I don't mean it's disabled (fidgeting with "swipe direct to home screen" doesn't do anything) or grayed out, it's simply NOT THERE. Funny...

Have you followed the procedure thoroughly? Did you install PDANET drivers?

Can you add a screenshot? Did you buy the phone new or used? Maybe it was already unlocked...

You're welcome :) I corrected the guide a bit with the help of a friend that followed it step by step, so it should be all good now ;)

You know what? I've never tried. Ive never tried because I have to flash other things too (supersu and xposed) every time I flash a new update, so I've never thought of that. Try and let us know ;)
