That's interesting. My first assumption is some global (none China) Houji has the same hardware as China one . But then you mentioned that you had to flash the modem once which doesn't make sense to me Wonder if we can find out how to make the rom works for all version. Or maybe it's best...

So we need to wait for new global rom to extract the firmware I assume? I think it would be a good idea to put a note regarding Houji and include the flash firmware script for global houji in the top post for each release. Thanks for your hardwork!

Is it possible to revert to the previous Xiaomi EU version for houji while we wait for this fix?

Mine is global and I have the issue.

I did try clean all data of the app but the modes that crash the app still crash the app

Same issue, also front cam doesn't work. Face unlock also doesn't work. Actually there are multiple problem with the camera for Houji in this build, switching various mode cause issue

On Houji Global, flashed global modem I get this issue when switching to Video mode 4k 60fps or Front camera. Face unlock also doesn't work

On Xiaomi 14 bubbles shows a blank screen for me. There's a fix suggested that works on the chinese/global rom by installing a different version of Xiaomi Home Launcher but in Xiaomi EU that is not possible, the installation is blocked which I understand is expected, just mentioning a possible fix.

Houji still running into bubble issues, happening with all apps that support bubbles

With houji it's stuck at 3h20 also

Xiaomi 14 Houji, clean first flash and remaining battery ETA always show 3h20m. Does anyone encounter this?
