Can I install a Global/EU ROM to my K60 Ultra (CN)?

Hello, Chinese ROM is giving me lots of issues with the apps and not only, I am very happy with the phone but I using it is getting difficult. I don't want to jailbreak/root it, I would really love to being able to install the Global ROM and get OTA updates. Is it possible? Thanks!
