issue start when i installed xiaomi.eu 1.0.15.0 and vibration not worked there, then i lite-bricked my phone and install stock global rom and vibration start working anywhere, then i installed xiaomi.eu 1.0.17.0 and restore backup from google, and vibration work anywhere, but not in calls...

i have vibration in system, but not in calls, notifications and stock gboard

On stock global rom calls, notifications and keyboard(stock gboard) have vibration(sorry for my english), but on xiaomi.eu no vibration(other apps have vibration)
