TWRP is irrelevant in the current ROM installation because it is done through fastboot using a PC or Mac. The steps to do this is in the first post (Installation of A12 devices via Fastboot) Or second post (second red paragraph)

Is your device rooted? I observe this happens to me when my device is rooted. But after uninstalling root, it works
