    Peridot WiFi, battery and overheating are widely known issues, apparently a hardware problem. There's little to no chance xiaomi.eu team can solve it.

    Then no idea what's going on. I've noticed the lag you mention, however, it's reduced when I enable Advanced textures and 120Hz refresh rate in display settings, don't expect a huge improvement, though, the device itself is not that "powerful"

    Maybe if you exclude (delete/rename) boot.img and/or init_boot.img before flashing the update. Or just re root after update (that's what I do lol)
