Yes, but you will always have a recovery, just not one that is able to interact with a custom ROM. You won't "remove TWRP", you will replace it with another recovery.

I don't understand what you mean with "But I don't want to install recovery - I want fastboot " you always have fastboot and TWRP is an alternative recovery.

In the end, you are trying to force him to create and maintain an additional development in the ROM for something he does not consider ethical. Only because you do not want to develop something yourself. I don't get the "fair" part.

If you stop at this level of report, it won't really help. You did not try to provide logs, means to replicate your issues, or screenshots.

It is not clear if you executed the command lines or did a clean install.

@GolDeN_xXx Yes. This forum is dedicated to a custom ROM, so most discussions imply that you are using it. And using a custom ROM requires an unlocked bootloader.

It was just to try to save your files with TWRP. I am not sure someone will find a way to guess what is your specific issue, and formatting data is the most obvious solution.
