If you have an unlocked bootloader, it may what this application is detecting. Maybe the easiest solution is to ask the creator of the application, they probably know more about their rules than we do.

Maybe you can try to contact Xiaomi, or your reseller ? This is a custom ROM forum.

I am not sure what we can do to help you. You can try to provide logs, but even then, there is no guarantee that the devs will have time to check it, or find helpful information in it, or will be able to somehow provide a solution without having the device at hand. Else you can try another ROM...

Are you sure the device can be powered by your phone ? Did you try it on another phone ? What type of device is it ?

The developers cannot guess why a random Bluetooth device won't work with the ROM, even less without logs or meaningful information. You can try to compare the behaviour with a fresh install, or another ROM.
