Check the system which drivers are used in /vendor/lib64/hw and /vendor/lib/hw I also have a device based on Adreno 509 (Mi Max 3). But the system uses drivers for sdm660 instead of sdm636. After installing OpenGL & Vulkan for sdm660, the version was updated.
