    [ 8.9.20 ] Mi Max 3. Clean install (all wipes). In the settings for applications (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messaging) I disable "Floating messages", but they still appear. In the applications they are disabled. And why are they still on the list of permissions?

    Yes. Rooted with Magisk 17.1 SuperSU failed to install. Tried to install 2.79 ... 2.82.

    Same problem on Mi Max 3. 8.9.6 ---> 8.9.13, no problems (wipe only dalvik and cache). 8.9.13 ---> 8.9.20, problems. To solve the problem I had to do the factory reset (wipe dalvik, cache, data). Why?

    Try synchronize over VPN. Попробуйте синхронизацию через VPN, китайские серверы могут блочиться Роскомпозором, либо просто лежат на данный момент.
