This may be valid for my case because when I got my ultra, the first OTA update came in, I think it's V12.0.10. After updating, went directly to unlocking mode to start kicking in the waiting time. When I did the EU flashing, I'm still with 12.0.10.
But one thing that still puzzles me is when...
I have tried flashing in my Ubuntu Linux. It was successful but still stuck in fastboot.
So I just opted for EDL service and went global.
Will just wait for the official/workaround TWRP or at least 98% success rate of another method by other brave members here before going EU rom. :D

Tried this thinking it might be different from the one I've used coming from sourceforge but still the same. Flashing completed successfully but still stuck in fastboot. This is also doing it in intel i7 pc as I'm using a ryzen7 pc before. also used the usb cable of my mix3 and plug it to usb2.0...
Are the 11 ultras that are stuck in fastboot all 12/256 variants? Not sure if it has a relation but user TheDJVG was successful flashing his 11 ultra but he has the 12/512 variant
Guys. I have tried using Mi Flash Pro, downloaded the recommended star_images_V12.0.9.0.RKACNXM_20210327.0000.00_11.0_cn_chinatelecom then flashed. It was successful but still in fastboot freeze with no way to go to mi recovery.
