1) updates TWRP to v6.7 via TWRP install ramdisk. 2) install correct zip file rom - for your phone. 3) clean cache and dalvik, also delete data/system/package_cache (folder) , it is NOT a must to wipe data - you can just update (dirty flash). 4) reboot to system.
