    try open settings an go to screen settings an open font types an disable system-wide variable fonts an reboot phone an see if that helps i have disabled it on mine because with it activ mine is also laggy but not wen its disable i have mi11

    are u trying to install latest weekly from eu ? if u are unzip the zip file inthere the bat script are out ur phone in fastboot mode connect it to pc an run the script

    well why dont u then just use the bat script then there is one for format an one for not format so if ur are on weekly use the one wihtout format
