it is the same way, same steps.
just unlock bootloader,
download global stable rom: https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/venus/stable/V12.0.4.0.RKBMIXM/
extract and execute the fastboot bat (flash_all)
you can use this tool if you want to brick your mi11...
but if you want to do it right, read the first post here: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/guide-how-to-install-xiaomi-eu-rom-for-xiaomi-mi11.59486/

Sure you can relock the Bootloader if you have the right rom installed

no problems here with "sim.de" which is O² network.
no thats not needed (the unlock just format the data, but not the system)
after unlock you can straight flash the xiaomi.eu rom.
just do it as written often:
- Better do not use C: drive
- open CMD as admin
- use short directorys...
I dont think so and the usb cable is not the reason !
I never used an original cable and it always worked.
if you guys really followed the guide, and updated to the lastest stock rom, unlocked bootloader and flashed the xiaomi.eu rom and it does brick,
then we still dont know the real reason...
