Thanks. Yes, this is what is happening in two last weekly builds. Stock rom has this HPF activated automatically. Not good at all, basically the volume goes to 50% without distortion, then it starts to be unusable for most content.

Could you please be more specific about the audio. With the last two weekly ROMs the audio was broken as there is no more the automatic EQ in the background cutting the low frequencies when the volume goes over 50%. This causes the audio to distort as the speakers can not reproduce those low...

It is because of too much low frequencies. Someone played with this to make the sound thicker I suppose, now it does not work properly. This was the problem with the last two releases.

It seems to work for now.

It is the internal eq they does not work anymore, speakers do not get louder. This EQ reduced low frequencies so the speakers can handle higher volume. This does not work anymore.

Does this means that your Mi10 starts to alter the EQ by lowering the low frequencies when you reach 50% of the volume and up? The problem with audio player buttons in the notifications area is still present, there are no buttons for YouTube music.

There is a problem with the sound on MI10 as there is no predefined EQ applied now when the volume is above 100, but it stays the same all the way up to 150. This causes the speakers to crackle because of too much bass. Actually it does not go from 0 to 150, but 0 to 25. This has nothing to do...

Thanks, your work is magnificent! I was just thinking out loud about why people like MIUI dialer more. But you are right, nothing is perfect so all is in which compromise we want to accept. Keep up with the good work.

Not sure why everyone like MIUI dialer more then Google one, if it is just because of call recording then many other thing are not working as good besides that. Search is not as good, it does not show local business and numbers, it shows multiple contacts for the same person, one with email...

If I understood it correctly this does not remove them completely but only from your user. Basically you just hide them from yourself.
