Exactly, having to enter 3 digits, get text and re-add four cards each time is a hassle. Google Wallet is wiped, not the actual numbers no. Seems like a lot of compromise and effort, when driving Maps is usually fine.

When I've done it each of the three times, it wipes all content from Wallet and makes things like Goggle Messages and Dialler bug out with permission loops

Problem is that this removes all Google pay cards and makes other apps bug out.

Easiest way is just to download from Sourceforge on chrome and move to internal storage when done. Then boot into recovery and flash that way. The Updater app is so unreliable.

This works for compass but then messes up Google wallet cards and wider integration with other Gapps after doing this. Seems a full fix is not yet available

I'm still having compass issues with Google maps. Does anyone have a Workaround?

As a solution for now, download MIUI Hidden Setting Activity from Play Store (blue cog icon) and enable it that way. Has loads of settings on there and I can find it via that app on my device. Hope that helps for now

I would ride the weekly until the last update and if it's stable with no battery drain or bad bugs etc then stay until the next big stable perhaps? Hopefully by April more of the MIUI 14 bugs would be solved by then but things now are pretty good s last couple of years imo. Perhaps in 6 months...

If you read it again, it's the actual Xiaomi company dropping weekly support and not the EU dev team here. Stable will still have updates though

Mine is fine but sometimes a new bug happens where the whole rear display goes white and is unusable until restart

Standby battery drain on Mi 11 Ultra is much better now than previously ROM, sitting at around 16% loss after 6 hours active and 30 mins SOT.

This worked for now on Mi 11 Ultra, hopefully stays fixed

Not experiencing this on Mi 11u, works as normal. Try clearing cache and force stop play store app

Installed very quickly on Mi 11 Ultra only around 47 seconds Via recovery and boot after was less than 60 seconds! So far very impressed from new update system. Hopefully this fixes the battery drain then rom will be incredible

This was only after 5 or so failed boots, ROM was already installed and TWRP entered some sort of safe mode.

Did not work unfortunately as TWRP entered some sort of warning mode after so many failed attempts at booting, could not flash the ROM or boot via fastboot into it. Had to do a clean install :(
