When I try to auto clean my pictures with Google photos, the google photos app crashes. I don't know if it's a rom bug, app bug or maybe a corrupt picture which keeps crashing the app while deleting.
OTA is possible, but you will reboot into recovery when you press install.
If you are on the weekly rom, a new build will be provided every thursday, you don't have to install it. But if you aren't planning on installing weekly builds, I suggest you just install the stable roms.
Didn't work for me, I got a bootloop. You should wipe data/cache (first_install_with_data_format) and install v12.5.2.0 directly. After that you can just update to newer versions.
N1 One kernel is working pretty fine for me, not as smooth as Nexus 4, but certainly not too bad either. Everything seems to work. It's a Mi2S 32Gb (bought in April 2013). CM build is 20140707.
For all you having trouble with gapps, just flash banks minimal gapps: http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/themes-apps/standard-minimal-gapps-t2012857
