Since I installed cm-11-20140605-UNOFFICIAL-pizza, my gallery app is gone from my app drawer and also the CM gallery app I installed a while a go from linuxx. I can find the stock gallery app when I go to settings->apps, but I can't manage to get it back in the app drawer.

I don't have FC either. At first boot the launcher kept crashing though (was fixed after a reboot)

Feels super smooth, the lag is completely gone. I hope the batterylife is still the same as the snapshot m4 version. Antutu score is also a bit better, but still not great (24.800). However, if battery life is good and the smoothness stays, I will be a happy customer.

I don't think that wil make a difference because you can also feel it while scrolling or playing a lightweight game like Flappy Bird :)
