You still didn't confirm that your APN settings are correct. The update broke mine last week and once I reentered them manually MMS worked fine on that build and continues to work fine on this one.

Fix your APN settings. Same problem exists in Canada on Koodo/Telus. The predefined APNs are wrong and Xiaomi can't be bothered to fix them.
