cwm and rom toolbox are 2 different things. Cwm is recovery and toolbox is a tool for flash and other things. If you don't have cwm or twrp rom toolbox don't work for flash.

even with miui the radio needs of cable. Use the earphone for the antenna in every phone :P Miui try to use the radio fm without but is very bad without.
