It's not a good idea to let the battery fully discharge. If it happens, and then it seems that it won't charge, try charging it with usb, or a slower charger.

It's sad, but it's called "supply and demand" Many people want the new exclusive Xiaomi M3 while it is hard to get one = higher prices. They will be cheaper at december - january, probably.

Yes, I think the best thing Xiaomi could do is to update to 4.3 directly, and then have a break until KitKat
