Same here after a night not on charger , 2.9%/hr. I think I saw a record low (for me at least) 1.1%/hr in a previous version. Maybe the t2w and s2w can be made user enable/disable? So people can chose extra battery life or t2w? Thanks for all Dev work so far.

Tnx for trying some things out. I flashed 24/7 version, restart but now only spinning cyanogenmod logo. Force reboot using button. Same behavior. Time for a restore it seems. Bleeding edge :)

Looks it's crashing In the kernel, way before upgrade script or any user data related code. Is an older kernel compatible with this rom? If so I can push an older Linaro f2fs kernel to the sdcard using adb and flash it. When I get home...

Be careful, I flashed on top of the previous version, now black screen after Mi logo. Rebooted few times, no go. Phone seems to shut itself off, I get to see the big charging battery when connecting to charger. Any more experiences/ideas?

Sorry for the long post ... Indeed, after hard fixing the GPU clock down to 400 MHz, I got the old graphics performance back. a bit better actually, due to overall performance tweaks/Linaro toolchain probably. Maybe the default setting for the kernel (as part of the rom) should be 400 MHz and...

I had Antutu 26800 (and v v smooth graphics) using the lastest CM11 nightly before jumping onto the Linaro one. Even with the v early Linaro (pre-f2fs) I had nice fast, fluid gui handling (I didn't do an Antutu back then). Only the July 24th version is giving me hell. I still have a backup...

Everything lags, all graphics are clearly way slower than what they normally are

I always had a Mi2s 32MB, and my phone happily goes to 1.7GHz. So where is the issue? Before going to the latest Linaro build I had a v nice fast phone. Not anymore now, so there must be something else funny...

When upping the gpu frequency to 450 I get remarkable better results, on graphics but overall number still below nightly CM11.

Reboot didn't fix it. Now working but v slow in graphics :( I did a wipe, flash ROM, gapps. Reboot. Smarter restore, only user apps/data and system data. I have all back now. But antutu went from 26800 to 18600. 2D graphics v poor and 3D from +32 fps to 7 fps. Not exactly as expected...

I was looking in the log of the recovery, this level of detail was not shown on normal flash zip file screen. Why is it that the system partition needs to go from 500 MB to at least 800 MB for the same content? Is the speed optimised version of CM11 so much worse considering size?
