I get the same error message on my Mi8 when updating apps in Google Play. My Google app won´t install after update.

Has anyone gotten Adaway app to work again ? The last couple of times dirty flashing Miui 10 on my Mi8 Adaway will install but then gets error message so i have to uninstall it.

How about a rooted , fully functional rom that either supports or doesn´t support OTA (with very clear instructions why this is!) and not having to worry about the next update being installed incorrectly but still having the freedom to change roms without bootloop.

Download the newest Global stable and put it in your main internal storage then use updater 3 dot method and mi recovery to flash. Find download in Miui website.

I would say for now stay with global stable , update to global 9.6.1.0 and wait out the last changes being made for Mi8 before Android 9 is ready .I give it til October, maybe Nov., same as every year .

I have Mi8 with 8.8.9 installed and the gps is very buggy ! It works ,then it don´t and when i try to reboot it goes black so then i have to long press the power button to reboot !!
