This is what i get on mix 2 ever since last weelk with 8.6.28 and now 8.7.5. GPS won´t work at all ! I rolled back to 9.6 stable and had gps fix right away, the problem lies with miui 10, looks great isn´t enough , it should function from top to bottom before release.

After a complete new software install last night on my mix 2, i still have no gps to navigate. My waze app and google maps can´t find gps. Anyone else having problems? Everything else works great notwithstanding the bluetooth codec is still default aac.

I´m not sure if bootloop was finally fixed or if it was newest twrp 3.2.2.0 , but i installed 8.5.7 with magisk and no problems this time around on mix 2 chiron.

I have mix 2, running 8.6.28, for the last couple days i have not had gps , i hope this new version corrects it. Can i install new 8.7.5 dirty flash or do i have to kill my phone again and start from scratch ? Can magisk be installed with rom zip or will it still cause bootloop ?

Is it possible you missed a step ? After going into settings , about Miui, do i need to enable developer settings and then reboot ?

Hi, i also have a mix 2 and tried dirty flashing , as soon as i install magisk 16.4 it won´t boot. can you describe the sequence that you used to get yours to boot ? If i flash without root , it boots but with magisk , no luck.

In mix 2 i have camera sounds turned off but, in whatsapp, the camera still has shutter sound.

I use Ringdroid or best S7 ringtones app. Once you have a few favs saved on your phone, always save them to pc and after every new flash copy them back and add from local file.

Sorry, it is no longer present in Miui 10. I was wrong.

Is it possible to change the default bluetooth codec in developer settings from aac to sbc and make it stay that way ? Every time my car stereo reconnects to bluetooth, the default codec resets itself to aac and i have to change it back ! I am on new Miui 10 but still the same problem as earlier...

Use pulldown and EDIT button to change button order.

Magisk has been the Root method of late. I wouldn´t waste my time with SU even though it was a good option a few years back.
