This morning - random reboot, Xiaomi.eu 7.2.16 latest developer rom, mpdecision removed, thermal conf file replaced, battery status around 90%, the Mi4W restarted and during restart the white line under mi logo appeared. I was waiting for about 7-10 minutes for the white line to complete?! Sent...

On REDMI PRO 3GB - 64 GB with latest 7.1.19 xiaomi.eu

I just unlocked bootloader on the Redmi Note 3 Pro, and from global developer, moved to xiaomi.eu developer... Didn't touch anything else - so I guess it's defoult xiaomi.eu installation (don't have the phone at moment to see kernel version).

7-8 hours SOT, on latest 7.1.19. Go for xiaomi.eu

Cpu-Z not valid, cpu monitor not valid, these two apps show core 0 and core 3 active, core 2 & 3 are off. Every week I remove mpdesicion, delete termal conf file and instead place another termal conf file (don't even know what they are... But after that everything works excellent) better battery...

First from Global Stable you should make update from updater app to Global Developer ROM http://en.miui.com/download-301.html#438 after that you should start the unlock process... After succesfull unlock you will manage to install TWRP, and then install xiaomi.eu rom...
