To flash Eu multi Rom, first you need to unlock your boot loader. Which I think isn't possible without a PC. However after unlocking the boot loader, you won't need a PC to flash the Rom. You can do it with your phone alone. Sent from my MI 4W using Tapatalk

It means that you'll be NOT able to flash any custom Roms such as CM or AOSP based ROMS or any kind of device tweaks that require you to have a custom recovery. Though you can unlock the boot loader, but for now, it's a very lengthy and tiresome process. Sent from my MI 4W using Tapatalk
