Don't be an *****. It's a matter of memory management not just about free RAM. When you use, technically, same device [3GB RAM] and use it for the same daily use... and there's some difference with performance, it's bug that need to be fixed. Free RAM is a sign that the process is efficient...

I have a problem on Redmi Note 3 Pro [Kenzo]. The LTE options seems disabled either bugs or on purpose. Could you tweak it? On the other side, the memory management on Redmi 4 Prime seems bad. Usually free about 1.2-1.4GB, while RN3 Pro can give us free memory around 1.5-1.7GB.

Yes. Try clean flash with latest China Dev ROM, after that, install TWRP, flash Xiaomi.eu ROM, and do a factory reset.

Flash China Dev ROM first, and then flash Xiaomi.eu ROM. Don't try to flash this ROM from stable ROM or Global ROM.

Kenzo is something in this build. Not just stable, the battery life is better. RAM is around 1.7-2GB free which is nice. You did a very good job.

No problem on my Redmi Note 3 Pro, Weather looks fine. Battery is good. Fingerprint is works. Perhaps the only problem is teleservice, since after flashing new rom, I must flash teleservice to enable 4G/LTE. I had no experience like that on my Redmi 3S Prime.
