I'm on 6.8.25. Well, seems that it's not "deep sleep" issue. Try to clean cache and dalvik, sometimes it solve many problems

Maybe your phone doesn't go to "deep sleep". Sometimes I get 5h of SOT, but depends of apps in use. I don't have greenify or downclock. But wait for an "expert" to help you, there are apps that can tell you which processes make the phone "wake".

Your bootloader is probably locked but it's not a problem to update. Enter Twrp, clean cache and dalvik first and install the rom.
