Mine came with unlocked bootloader and fake Global Rom from Aliexpress (Mi Global Store), so it was easier to flash twrp and then EU Rom, till now no problems.
you should install it via TWRP, if its a ROM from xiaomi.eu, you don't have to do full wipe, its an update. But happens sometimes, that you have to do it after an upgrade from lower version of MIUI. Before update make a backup first.
My understanding is, and tell me if I am correct:
xiaomi.eu_multi_MINote3_V8.5.12.0.NCHCNED_v8-7.1 is the stable ROM (MIUI 8?)
xiaomi.eu_multi_MINote3_7.10.26_v9-7.1 is the weekly (MIUI 9?)
Which one would you recommend, having in mind I received my Mi Note 3 with China stable version MIUI...
I told about SoT (Screen On Time), not how long last your battety, it can last also 60 hours when i dont touch it.

Redmi Pro is the biggest mistake of Xiaomi, 4000 mah battery and 5 hours of SoT, im selling mine, im waiting for my new phone, i had xiaomi phones since 2011, but now im saying goodbuy to xiaomi.
It is really Redmi Pro? or Note 3 Pro, because there it is possible, it has Snapdragon chipset, Mtk x20 isnt battery friendly at all.
