There is no global rom for Mi5c, I think that rom is for redmi note 4, my mi5c isn't work well, there are a lot of bugs and battery drain fast. -

No, first unlock, then you must instal TWRP libra_7, for MI4c, than istal rom from TWRP and I think that you must wipe data becouse you have now android 5.1 -

I think that you have wrong twrp, you don t need wipe, flash rom from twrp.
