the only way i can get the alarm sound is by having the silent mode OFF . If i have SM ON and vibrate ON, alarm only vibrates. SM OFF and vibrate OFF alarm its only shown on display but no vibrate or sound is played

I cant make It works. The ringtone only sound when silent Mode is off.

i'm still getting a lot of FC from dolby audio or something like that in my mi2s (viper and dolby atmos installed); also a lot of FC in Settings and the noise from the front speaker did not disappeared, i'll try a factory reset and restore the apks from the miui backup option

no that i'm aware. when listening music or whatsapp audios works perfect. its just when is stand by (with data wifi on, or even in plane mode) i'll give a try to 22.9 and check it

I hear some tiny noise in the front speaker from mi2s when i put It very close to my ear. What couls It Be?

You need MiFlash to install a fastboot ROM. You can directly read a tutorial from the miui oficial forum to install the last fastboot. if u havent merged partitions yet, u should install a previous fastboot i think in order to merged them first. As rendolf said, there are a lot of post with...

if u made a clean rom install I think its, by process of elimination, a hardware issue. have u tried also to install the lasted rom via fastboot ?

well i hope that sebsch check it out in the next version, and can tell us if its something from xiaomi or smiui. The less bugs, the better anyway ^^

Hi i have sMiui based on miui 8, and the beauty mode doesnt work as well as it does in miui 7. i just wanted to know if ppl who have miui 8 by xiaomi.eu notice the same in their photos in order to see if its rom issue from xiaomi or smiui. or its just my phone xd

btw anyone noticed that the beauty option doesnt work properly? i dont see a difference when its on or off

you maybe have the volume at 0, but not silence mode. in silence mode i have icon, but in normal mode with volume 0 i dont have it. check the status in the shortcut panel mi2s
