    I have smart assistant on settings (Settings - Home Screen - Turn on QuickCard) enabled but it doesnt work. Rom eu 9.1.3.0 Does it work to you? According to THIS, Smart Assistant upgrated to QuickCard.

    Oh!!! In one point of view... those are good news! :-) Keep pushing the power button (continously) as long as it gets to shut down your phone. You will may need more than 20-30 sec. Then, push it again to start. I believe that the touch will come back. from my Mi5s

    From the settings search Restore to factory settings. I think it's on Settings - Additional settings - Backup and restore. But... be careful!!!! YOU WILL LOOSE EVERYTHING THAT YOU HAVE STORED IN THE PHONE. Touch didn't came back with simple restart ; from my Mi5s

    Give your screenshot again in English languge. I didn't quite understand. Do you have caller ID or not? You have caller ID but it cannot read your saved contacts? Or you have no caller ID at all? from my Mi5s

    Caller ID is a provider issue. Your provider is responsible for this and not the rom. from my Mi5s

    This is the final conclusion i came to, after searching. In Greece, Xiaomi do not support VoLTE (so NO HD Voice). Even if VoLTE switch toggle to ON, 4G drops to 3G during a call. I didn't know that. This is a disadvantage...like B20 lack.
