My TWRP backups are still there after a tencent clean. Only the deep clean shows the TWRP files (same as cleanmaster) but they are select-able.

Had the same issue on Mi 5s, changed the Definitions in the cleaner settings to Tencent (Security app/settings cog/Cleaner/Definitions) and the cleaner works fine.

Hellooo - saw the 8.3.1 folder had appeared in your download link so have flashed my Mi 5s (xiaomi.eu 8.3.1 magisk 16.0) and all working OK so far! Not fully tested yet but it's looking good :)

Can confirm have same issue on my Mi5s (8.2.1 rooted with Magisk). Uninstalled and all working OK. Tried 8.1.25 version of the UI & boot stayed at Mi symbol for 45+ minutes so removed it again. Wiped cache/dalvik at every stage.

Just tested WhatsApp notifications on 2 devices. On the Mi5s when it recieves the second whatsapp msg the notification disappears. However it seems to work correctly on the Redmi 3s (whatsapp notification shows 2 messages). Sent from my MI 5s using Tapatalk

I prefer to flash manually as once in TWRP i can make a full backup before flashing, flash both rom & magisk in one operation & also wipe dalvik/cache after flashing. Just my preference. Sent from my MI 5s using Tapatalk
