I use My Android Tools app (you need to be rooted) - go to Apps/Disabled and re-enable it. I do believe you can also use titanium backup to defrost/unfreeze apps

If you mean the emergency broadcast setting, it was a frozen sys app on our Redmi 3s. I defrosted it & it's now working. Dunno if it's the same on the Mi5 but worth a check. Sent from my MI 5s using Tapatalk

We had a test emergency cell broadcast here in the Netherlands yesterday. My Mi5s received it fine however my husbands Redmi 3s did not get the broadcast. Both phones are on 7.11.30 weekly rom Taken a look under settings/more and there are no emergency broadcast options on the Redmi 3s...

Your adapter will need to support otg. Took me 3 different ones before I had it working. The one that did work specifically mentioned otg support in the description & then it just simply worked in both twrp and solid explorer. Am on 7.11.16 beta rom Sent from my MI 5s using Tapatalk

Just tested & my Mi5s on Miui9 7.10.26 (rooted) has no issue with the Ryanair app. However there are many problems reported on Playstore about this app. I'll be printing my boarding pass if i need to travel with them. Sent from my MI 5s using Tapatalk
