For those who have update problem with mi note : - flash for example 6.3.10 cn dev rom fastboot rom http://en.miui.com/a-234.html -flash TWRP https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=50678 -do a factory reset by phone not by recovery -flash any EU rom (you can flash first 6.3.10 then 6.3.17...

Try to update from 6.3.3 to 6.3.10 (mi note) and I.m on mi logo from 15 minutes . Is it normally boot take so long time ?

Same problem only with autobrightness auto rotation now on 6.3.3 is working fine. After update from 6.2.4 I made only dalvik and cache wipe.

So, if I understand well the fastboot flashing method is for bricked or "semi bricked devices". If there are no problem with the device is recommended to flash rom with recovery, that's wright or ?....
