Sounds good. It seems that the other CWM recovery that was posted first can't be flashed, only temporarily. I didn't check for other custom recovery ever since.

I switched back to 5.1.16, all updates after that one cause battery drain by email app.

All roms after 5.1.16 are causing battery drain on my Redmi Note 4G, the email app seems to be the cause. Sometimes it keeps synchronizing for very long periods.

5.1.30 caused more battery drain on my Redmi Note 4G. I went from 2 days on 1 full battery to 1.5 day. The email app seems to cause more battery drain.
