just updated to global 12,1 version. seems full google package, but default search (swipe up) doesnt work. looked at global miui forum, yes, global one doesnt have inbuild searsh :( writed to the bug report.

Seems that modem version is changed, WiFi works very well. Nice add-ons on notification area, like weather widget (ios9 theme). Running it for couple hours, very stable build. Cudos to devs, that's a fine job. Sadly, no xposed available, but that's not a big deal. Sent from my Redmi Note...
