1) removed the battery and put it back, by pressing power + volume down to boot into recovery, if successful then flashed 23 or 25 Rom. If can't go into recovery, the only way was by sp flashtool. You have to install the correct driver on the windows PC. Here is the link for the drivers...

downloaded google installer from mi market, and installed those google applications like contatct and Calender sync, it will prompted you to install google account manager etc, then installed Google play store and rebooted phone, and play store will works for you.. good luck.

The best is waiting the manufacturer to upgrade the firmware. Even Locus pro can't detected the sd card which to have maps stored in it.

I used many phones like Samsung S2, S3, S4 and sony Z1. The battery on hm note 1w was the best and it lasted me the whole day used where other phone i need to have a spare battery for it. HM note was stable and smooth on ver 23 rom. Cheer!
